At DailyBolt, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and replacements under the conditions below:

Eligibility Window:
Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Valid Reasons for Return/Replacement:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged or defective on arrival

  • Product not functioning as described

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items failing quality checks may be rejected

Non-Returnable Items:
Products related to hygiene, personal use, or if explicitly mentioned on the product page.

Refund Processing:
Once the return is approved and product is received back, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
